Welcome! I’m Joseph Filiplic, an educator based in Edmonton, Alberta, passionate about using technology to enrich student learning. Through speaking engagements, written contributions, and online platforms, I share insights and strategies to support both educators and learners.

Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to the meaningful integration of technology in education. To that end, I’ve earned several certifications, including:

• Apple Teacher
• Google Certified Educator (Level 2)
• Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert and Trainer

I also run an active YouTube channel where I post video lessons aligned with what students are learning in class. It’s a valuable extension of the classroom and is perfect for review, reinforcement, or learning on the go.

I believe learning doesn’t end with the school bell. It continues in classrooms, through screens at home, or over a quiet coffee in a far-off place. Learning is a lifelong journey and this website is a space for exploration, reflection, and connection.
